Clarence Kennedy is THE most iconic lifter to ever share his lifts online

Back in his early days, when weightlifting was nowhere near as popular as it ended up becoming, Clarence started lifting in the now famous church gym.

He built his own platform, and ended up snatching 190kg, clean and jerking 220kg and cleaning 225kg at 100kg of bodyweight in this gym.

It remains, to this day, the most iconic gym in weightlifting history.
